Yarden El Rom Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Yarden El Rom Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from grapes harvested in the El Rom Vineyard, certified under the sustainable winegrowing standard since 2017. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this vineyard, located in the northern Golan Heights at 1,000–1,100 meters above sea level, was first planted in 1983.

About the wine:

Yarden El Rom Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 shows aromas of ripe red and black fruit, earth, tobacco, chocolate and cedar, with hints of red pepper and spices. This single-vineyard wine is suited to festive occasions – concentrated and elegant. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

While it can be enjoyed upon release, it will continue to develop in the bottle in the coming years and is expected to remain in wonderful drinking condition for more than ten years from harvest.
