Yarden Brown Vineyard Blend 2021

Yarden Brown Vineyard is made from a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Syrah and 11% Petit Verdot. All the grapes were harvested exclusively from the Brown Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, at 1,040 meters above sea level, certified under the sustainable winegrowing standard since 2017. Since the blend percentages reflect the proportions of the three red varieties grown in the Brown Vineyard, the wine uniquely expresses the essence of this exceptional vineyard.

About the wine:

Yarden Brown Vineyard shows aromas of black fruit, chocolate, black tea, earth, smoke, cedar and a hint of mint and flowers. This special single-vineyard wine shows a full body, concentrated flavors and slightly chewy tannins.

The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
