Teperberg Legacy Petite Sirah 2019

This wine is the product of meticulous vineyard cultivation, careful handling and a fine yield. The grapes come from an 18-year-old vineyard in the Ayalon Valley that highlights the rich character and qualities of this variety. The wine underwent natural fermentation with wild yeasts living naturally on the grapes in the vineyard and around the winery. Matured for 18 months in barrels, it has a dark, intense red color and a rich, concentrated taste, balancing fruit and dark chocolate with toasted wood aromas. The finish has a fruity presence typical of the variety.
