A fascinating wine whose grapes grow in two cool-climate mountain vineyards that clearly influence its character. The wine underwent natural fermentation with wild yeasts living naturally on the grapes in the vineyard and around the winery, and matured for 18 months in barrels until achieving full synergy of flavors. A food wine with the classic varietal aroma and a typical green touch, blending with fruit aromas and wrapped in the softness of oak. Its texture is velvety and its presence lingers long after drinking.
