Made from 100% Syrah grapes, matured for 14 months in French oak barrels.
A brilliant purple-red color, aromas of cherries and strawberries and a complex bouquet of mint and clove.
Fresh, concentrated fruit flavors. A dominant wine with a medium body and a long, pleasant finish. It will continue to improve well in the coming years. Unfiltered.
The winery, founded in the community of Shiloh, began receiving grapes from the 2005 harvest.
Modern winemaking equipment and large stainless-steel tanks were installed
in a large hall, joined by French oak barrels that were soon
filled with red must from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz grapes.
A young team led by Amichai runs the winery, which grows with every
harvest. Later, in addition to the noble varieties, the winery also began receiving Cabernet
Franc, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot grapes, which help create new
blends.
