A unique blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Grenache. The wine matured in French oak barrels for 6 months. Full-bodied with a long finish – well balanced, powerful, rounded, high-quality and elegant.
The winery, founded in the community of Shiloh, began receiving grapes from the 2005 harvest.
Modern winemaking equipment and large stainless-steel tanks were installed
in a large hall, joined by French oak barrels that were soon
filled with red must from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz grapes.
A young team led by Amichai runs the winery, which grows with every
harvest. Later, in addition to the noble varieties, the winery also began receiving Cabernet
Franc, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot grapes, which help create new
blends.
