Segal UF Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Segal Winery’s legendary flagship wine, representing the symbol of the winery’s quality and pioneering tradition. The grapes were carefully harvested at peak ripeness from select plots in the Dovev vineyard in the Upper Galilee. After controlled fermentation, the wine was aged for 21 months in French and American oak barrels.
