Rom 728 Syrah 2023

Our grapes grew in the soil of Kfar Shamai at 700 meters and enjoyed a unique microclimate. This single vineyard is managed with advanced monitoring and receives devoted, meticulous care. The grapes were hand-harvested and the wine was aged for 13 months in oak barrels.

A velvety purple hue with a medium-full body and a long aftertaste. Dominant, balanced ripeness with refined acidity, combined with flavors of black fruit, a touch of herbs and dried fruit.
