Vineyard location:
A plot in the “Nitzana” vineyard in Ramat Negev and the “Ruchot” vineyard in the Negev Highlands. The vineyard benefits from the extreme temperature differences and dryness typical of the desert region.
Character / style:
A medium-full body with good acidity. A lively, deep, almost opaque purple color, achieved through coarse filtration, stabilization and careful protection from oxygen. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
Best served at 16°C. The wine’s acidity suits fatty meat dishes such as entrecôte and asado, and it also pairs wonderfully with pasta and seafood.
