The winemaker’s Wild South series reveals the secret hidden in open spaces and the restraint and quiet stored in the wild and in nature. Yogev Tzadok, winemaker and grower, walks the desert expanses, gathering by hand the wondrous wildness, the spirit of the land and the vines growing in the desert sandy soil of his backyard, and masterfully preserving them in a bottle of wine. A blend of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot grapes that found their strength in the heart of the desert soil, creating a complex, deep and complete wine. Distinct aromas of ripe forest fruits, toasted oak, vanilla and earth with noticeable tannin, flavors of spiced black fruit, full body and an ever-lengthening finish. Matured for 14 months in oak barrels.
