Primitivo Salento

A rich semi-dry red wine from the Salento area of Puglia, made from select Primitivo grapes partially dried on the vine for higher concentration of flavor. Deep aromas of ripe plums, black cherries and forest fruits, alongside touches of vanilla, cocoa and sweet spices. On the palate, a full body, velvety texture and soft tannins that blend in balance with natural fruit sweetness and a long, powerful and caressing finish. An impressive wine for rich meat meals, stews and aged cheeses.
