A wonderful combination of unique plots from vineyards in the heart of Israel’s wine country in the Upper Galilee, whose history can be traced back hundreds of years. Selective hand-harvesting and careful sorting produced a fine wine made purely from Petit Verdot grapes from a select single vineyard. A unique “Old World” style wine that, after extended aging in special barrels, resulted in a full, exotic, fruity and herbal wine – balanced and rich.
