A wonderful combination of unique plots from vineyards in the heart of Israel’s wine country in the Upper Galilee, whose history can be traced back hundreds of years. Selective hand-harvesting and careful sorting produced a fine wine – a blend of 4 noble varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Long fermentation and maturation in quality French oak barrels preserved the original fruit flavors. A select, luxurious wine with a deep red-Bordeaux color and a full, round, balanced and impressive taste.
