A wonderful combination of unique plots from vineyards in the heart of Israel’s wine country in the Upper Galilee, whose history can be traced back hundreds of years. Selective hand-harvesting and careful sorting produced a fine wine made purely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a select single vineyard. Cold soaking, long fermentation, extended aging in French oak barrels and additional maturation in the bottle produced an award-winning wine with an intense red-Bordeaux color, full body and a complex, impressive taste.
