The grapes come from select vineyards in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee and are hand-harvested.
The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 30 months.
It has many layers of flavor, a full body and impressive complexity,
with aromas and flavors of cocoa, chocolate, plum and nuts. The finish is long and spiced.
