Jerusalem Single Vineyard Petite Sirah 2021

A dry red wine made from Petite Sirah grapes harvested from a single vineyard in Binyamina, from vines over 40 years old. After fermentation and maceration on the skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. A deep crimson hue with aromas of black pepper, blueberries, licorice and leather. Full-bodied with a long, balanced finish.
