A dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from a single vineyard in the Jerusalem Mountains. After fermentation and maceration on the skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. A deep crimson hue with aromas of red and black forest fruits, vanilla and mint. Full-bodied with a long, balanced finish.
