This Chardonnay sparkling wine is made from grapes grown in the Russian River Valley, a region known for spectacular sparkling wine. Elegant and fresh on the palate, with crisp, lively notes of green apple, lime and lemon cream, and hints of candied ginger and sugar cookie on the finish.

The Herzog family began making wine in Czechoslovakia more than two hundred years ago. Its excellent wine graced the tables of emperors and counts, and the head of the family was even knighted for it. When the family moved to the USA in the middle of the last century, it naturally integrated into the local wine industry. Herzog Winery is located in California, the capital of the “New World”, and produces wines true to the genre.
