The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grew in the Upper Galilee mountains at the foot of Kerem Ben Zimra, were devotedly tended at every stage of growth and carefully chosen through selective hand-harvesting. After fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for about 14 months.
