Flam Even Sapir 2024

Growing on terraces and slopes creates a mosaic of sub-plots that differ in soil structure, slope angle and exposure to sun and wind. This variation allows a wide range of wine components, each expressing a different aspect of the same growing region.

Each vineyard plot is fermented separately; after several months the blend is made and the wines are aged for a year in 225-liter French oak barrels, about 25% new and the rest one to two years old, to create a blend reflecting the many expressions, complexity and depth of the Even Sapir vineyard.
