Flam Camilla White

After selective hand-harvesting, with each plot picked at its optimal time, the grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged on the lees (sur lie) in French oak barrels of various sizes for 8 months.

Working with a wide range of components allowed the creation of a wine whose unique shades reflect the character of the Judean terroir.
