Ben Attar Syrah 2024

A wine made from Syrah grapes from the Kfar Shamai vineyard and the Kidmat Tzvi vineyard in the Golan Heights. Some of the grapes were fermented traditionally to create the spicy, deep side, while the rest underwent full carbonic maceration to highlight the fruity, fresh side. After fermentation, each part was aged separately for about 11 months in oak barrels, then blended to present this wonderful variety in a deep yet refreshing way.
