A Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard planted in Kidmat Tzvi in the Golan Heights. The fruit fermented at lower-than-usual temperatures to encourage fruity flavors and floral aromas, followed by a long warm maceration that contributes to a fuller yet round and refined texture. The wine was aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels. It seeks to showcase the connection between a quality vineyard, a great grower and restrained winemaking. Bright red in color, with aromas of red forest fruit and exciting freshness.
