The “Tal Binyamin” series celebrates the deep connection between the historic land, the unique climate of the Binyamin Mountains and meticulous, modern, fine winemaking. The 2023 vintage brings an outstanding expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, benefiting from the high-altitude terroir of the heart of the mountain region (about 850 meters above sea level). The cool nights, clear air and early-morning dew typical of the area give the grapes a slow, quality ripening that preserves the freshness of the fruit alongside rich complexity.
