Beit El Jacob’s Dream Carignan 2025

The Carignan from Nof Tzukim presents a magnificent, rich expression of a classic Mediterranean variety. To maintain the highest level of quality, the winery keeps yields especially low – only about 2 to 3 bottles per vine. After a careful harvest, the wine was aged for about 10–12 months in select oak barrels, a process that gave it wonderful complexity while preserving its fruity, fresh character. A one-of-a-kind wine that will continue to develop and improve in the bottle over time, yet is already complex and very enjoyable to drink.
