Asa Sémillon “Acacia” 2024

Asa Winery is the only kosher boutique winery in South Africa. The winery produces unique, quality branded wines that reflect the diversity of the South African terroir. Asa Sémillon “Acacia” is made from quality grapes hand-harvested from a single vineyard in the Elgin wine region. The wine fermented and matured on its lees (sur lie) for 11 months in acacia-wood barrels, a unique modern alternative to traditional oak. The acacia barrel gives the wine floral, refreshing aromas. A complex, rich, elegant and refreshing wine that will continue to develop in the bottle in the coming years.
