Asa Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2023

Asa Winery is the only kosher boutique winery in South Africa. The winery produces unique, quality branded wines that reflect the diversity of the South African terroir. Asa Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is made from quality grapes hand-harvested from a single vineyard plot in the “Hemel-en-Aarde”, which means “Heaven on Earth” in Afrikaans. This bold wine expresses the region’s unique terroir. Rich aromas of cassis, dark cherry and hints of eucalyptus, accompanied by delicate touches of oak, vanilla and spices. On the palate, a full body with velvety tannins and well-balanced acidity, leading to a long, complex finish. The wine was aged for 25 months in oak barrels and will continue to develop well in the coming years.
