Asa Cabernet Franc 2023

Asa Winery is the only kosher boutique winery in South Africa. The winery produces unique, quality branded wines that reflect the diversity of the South African terroir. Asa Cabernet Franc is made from quality grapes hand-harvested from vineyards in the “Hemel-en-Aarde”, which means “Heaven on Earth” in Afrikaans. After fermentation, the wine matured for 16 months in new and old oak barrels. Aromas of blackberry, fresh herbs and delicate green pepper, with a full body, soft yet noticeable tannins and a balanced, acidic finish.
