Ramat Negev Ramon Cabernet Franc 2024

A full-bodied wine with soft tannins. An intense, deep reddish-purple color achieved through coarse filtration, stabilization and careful protection from oxygen.

Green aromas typical of the variety, alongside fresh red fruit and chocolate. Concentrated body with pleasant acidity. Ripe fruit flavors are accompanied by a prominent barrel presence, and the finish reveals chocolate, spices and new oak. Best served at 16°C; it pairs beautifully with lean meat dishes such as sirloin and fillet, and with Sainte-Maure or ripe Camembert cheese.
