General
The “Geffen Boutique Wine” website (hereinafter: “the Site”) is an e-commerce website selling wines, beverages, gift boxes and related products.
Use of the Site and the purchase of products on it constitute full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but refer to all genders.
The Site management may update these Terms from time to time at its discretion.
Terms of Purchase
Purchases on the Site are permitted for persons aged 18 and over only.
Placing an order constitutes a declaration by the customer that they are over 18.
Please note! The courier will require an ID upon delivery.
If valid identification (18+) of the buyer or their representative is not presented, the delivery will not be handed over and the buyer will be charged a delivery fee.
Completion of an order is subject to credit card company approval and stock availability.
Product Supply and Shipping
Products will be supplied after the payment is approved by the credit card company and after final approval by the Site (Geffen Boutique Wine).
Delivery time is 1–7 business days.
*Business days are Sunday through Thursday, and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.
Delivery times are subject to distribution areas. (Express delivery in Jerusalem and the surrounding area will be provided at the discretion of the Site (Geffen Boutique) where possible.)
*Delays may occur in deliveries to remote areas (the Golan Heights, Eilat, Arava communities, communities beyond the Green Line).
The Site will not be responsible for any lateness and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused as a result of:
Force majeure and/or events beyond the Site’s control;
Reasons related to the courier company;
Holiday periods and/or the periods preceding holidays;
A shutdown of the economy such that the activity of the Site and/or its suppliers and/or service providers is affected, for any reason whatsoever.
Self-pickup (within 1–4 business days and by prior arrangement only).
The Site may change the shipping cost at its discretion at any time.
The Site may charge a minimum order amount for orders placed on the Site.
If a product ordered on the Site is out of stock, the Site will contact the buyer to replace the product with another or remove it from the cart. If there is no response, the missing product and its cost will be removed from the cart and the delivery will be made without it.
The courier delivers orders only to locations accessible by cart (a proper path and adequate access),
and up to the second floor in buildings without an elevator (there is no floor limit in buildings with an elevator).
Defective Product Warranty
The Site management (Geffen Boutique Wine) undertakes to supply only products in proper condition.
In the case of a defective or broken product, or one that does not match the order, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
After inspection, a replacement, credit or full refund will be provided at the Site’s discretion.
The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, improper storage, opening of the product packaging, or damage caused after the product was delivered to the customer.
Order Cancellation
An order placed on the Site may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the law.
Notice of cancellation may be given by the phone number listed on the Site or through the Site.
The cancellation will take effect only after confirmation is received from the Site.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the transaction, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 – whichever is lower.
Conditions for Returning Products
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
The product has not been opened or used
The product is returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged
The product is returned in proper condition, as it was delivered
The following cannot be returned:
Opened bottles of wine or beverages
Products that have been used
Products damaged after delivery to the customer
*Exchanges or returns of food and beverage products will be made in accordance with Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
A product claimed to be defective will be inspected by the Site.
After the product is received, a refund will be made within 14 business days.
The refund will be made less shipping fees (if paid) and cancellation fees in accordance with the law.
In the case of cancellation due to a defect or an error on the Site’s part, liability and shipping fees will be borne by the Site.

Mailing and Marketing
Consent to Receive Marketing Messages
By leaving details on the Site, signing up for the newsletter, or checking a dedicated box when ordering, the user confirms and agrees to receive advertising, updates, marketing offers and benefits from the Site through various channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp and other digital means.
Signing up for the mailing list constitutes explicit consent under the Israeli Communications Law (Amendment – the “Anti-Spam Law”).
Mailings may include, among other things:
Updates on new products
Deals and discounts
Professional content, wine recommendations, blogs and articles
Benefits for registered customers.
The Site does not commit to any particular frequency of messages.
The user may withdraw their consent to receive mailings at any time and free of charge.

Privacy and Information Security
The Site management respects users’ privacy and acts in accordance with the law.
Information collected may include name, phone, address, email address, shipping details and site usage data.
The Site undertakes not to sell, rent or transfer personal information to third parties, except to complete a transaction, such as payment processing or shipping, or where required by law.
Credit card details are not stored in the Site’s systems.
The Site may use cookies to improve the user experience and tailor the service.
Workshops and Wine Evenings
The Site (Geffen Boutique Wine) offers unique workshops and wine evenings. Payment for these events is not made through the Site, but via a mobile number included in the advertisement/announcement of such events.
Product Prices on the Site
Prices on the Site are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪, NIS).
Prices include VAT in accordance with the law and do not include shipping fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Site (Geffen Boutique Wine) may update product prices on the Site, as well as shipping fees, at any time and without prior notice.
The binding price for an order is the price displayed on the product page at the time the order and payment process is completed.
If the price was updated before the order was completed, the customer will be charged the updated price.
Deals and Discounts
The Site may offer deals, discounts and benefits from time to time.
The Site management may stop, change or replace deals and benefits at any time and without prior notice.
Deals cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Site management makes efforts to present accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur in good faith, including errors in price or product description.
If a product is found to have been displayed at an incorrect price:
The Site may contact the customer, inform them of the correct price and allow them to choose whether to proceed with the purchase.
If the customer is not interested, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
The Site is not obligated to supply a product at an incorrect price.
Images and Illustrations
Product images on the Site are for illustration purposes only.
There may be differences between the images and the actual product, including labels, vintage, color or packaging.
*In addition, for certain products there may be a slight deviation in the weight of the product supplied to the customer compared to the weight listed on the Site. The customer will be charged according to the price displayed on the Site.
Prices on the Site are valid for purchases through the Site only.
Images and Information About Products Displayed on the Site
Product images, labels, packaging and information appearing on the Site are displayed for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the actual appearance of the product and the images displayed on the Site, including differences in color, label design, packaging, text on the bottle, vintage and the like.
For the avoidance of doubt, the image of a particular product may show a vintage different from the one actually sold on the Site. For example: a wine offered for sale as a 2021 vintage may be displayed using an image of the same wine from the 2017 vintage, for illustration purposes only. The binding vintage is the one stated in the product name and/or in the order details only.
Some of the images on the Site may have been created or enhanced with AI for illustration and to present products to customers. But the products on the Site are completely real (try us😉)
The Site makes efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions and specifications appearing on the Site are correct and up to date, but there may be typos, inaccuracies, omissions, manufacturer changes or human errors. Therefore, the information appearing on the Site should not be relied upon as binding, and the responsibility for checking the exact product details, including vintage, alcohol content, kashrut, volume, country of origin, importer and any other detail, lies with the customer vis-à-vis the manufacturer, the official importer or the product supplier.
The Site and/or anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any discrepancy, error or change in the product details appearing on the Site. E&OE.

Use of the Site by the Customer
Use of the “Geffen Boutique Wine” website (hereinafter: “the Site”) constitutes full acceptance by the user of all the terms of these Terms.
If you do not agree to the terms set out below, you must refrain from using the Site.
The Site is an e-commerce and content platform that enables the purchase of products and browsing of content, blogs, recommendations and information in the field of wine and alcohol.
Use of the Site is permitted for persons aged 18 and over only.
Performing any action on the Site constitutes a declaration by the user that they meet this condition.
The user undertakes to use the Site in good faith, for lawful purposes only, and in accordance with the law and these Terms.
The Site may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the Site management.
The user undertakes not to perform any action that may harm the operation of the Site, including attempting to break into systems, disrupting data, using automated means (such as bots), or any other action that may harm the Site or third parties.
The user undertakes to provide correct, accurate and complete details when placing an order or registering on the Site, and is responsible for any action performed using their details.
The Site reserves the right to block, restrict or prevent a user’s access, at its sole discretion, in any case of improper use, breach of these Terms or suspicious activity, including cancelling orders.
All content, services and information on the Site are provided as is, and the Site does not guarantee that they will be accurate, complete, up to date or free of errors.
The Site will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, loss of profits or any other consequence arising from use of the Site, reliance on information appearing on it, or use of products purchased through it.

The Site may update these Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion, and the updated version is binding from the moment it is published on the Site.

Wine Subscription Terms
Signing up for the wine subscription on the Site constitutes full acceptance by the customer of the terms set out below.
The wine subscription is a monthly service under which the customer receives a delivery of wines according to the chosen subscription plan, once a month.
The subscription renews automatically every month and will be charged to the payment method provided at registration, until cancelled by the customer.
Billing and Payment
The customer confirms that upon joining the subscription, the Site may charge the payment method provided on a monthly basis, according to the subscription plan.
The charge will be made at the beginning of each (monthly) subscription cycle, or close to the time the delivery is prepared.
Subscription Composition and Contents
The wines supplied under the subscription will be selected by the Site management, at its sole discretion.
The Site does not commit to any particular type of wine, brand, vintage or country, and there may be changes from one delivery to the next.
However, the Site undertakes that the value of the wines supplied in each delivery will be at least equal to the monetary value of the subscription plan purchased.
Supply and Shipping
Deliveries will be made once a month, according to the subscription cycle.
Delivery time will be in accordance with the Site’s shipping policy (usually 2–7 business days from the date of charge).
Delays beyond the Site’s control may occur.
Cancelling the Subscription
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time, without commitment and without penalty.
Cancellation of the subscription takes effect immediately, and no package will be sent from the time of cancellation;
however, if cancellation was made after the monthly charge or after the delivery was prepared, the customer will receive that month’s delivery and the subscription will end afterwards.
No further charge will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation Before Charge
If the customer cancels the subscription before the monthly charge date, no charge will be made and no further delivery will be sent.
The customer may change the subscription plan (white or red wine composition) at any time, provided that the change takes effect in the next cycle.
Termination of Service by the Site
The Site management may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend a customer’s subscription, including in the case of:

Provision of incorrect details
Misuse of the service
Minimum Age
The subscription is intended for persons aged 18 and over only.
The customer declares that they meet this condition, and the Site will require an ID upon delivery.
Changes to the Subscription
The Site may update the subscription terms, subscription prices and shipping from time to time, at its discretion.
Material changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Liability
The subscription supplies wines according to the Site’s selection and discretion, and this should not be regarded as a commitment to suit the customer’s personal taste.
The Site will not be liable for dissatisfaction with taste preferences.
Shipping is available within the State of Israel only.
