Nahal Yabok is made from 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Petit Verdot and 33% Merlot. The grapes grew in the high vineyards of Samaria and the Galilee, were devotedly tended at every stage of growth and carefully chosen through selective hand-harvesting. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
