Asa Winery is the only kosher boutique winery in South Africa. The winery produces unique, quality branded wines that reflect the diversity of the South African terroir. Emuna is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes hand-harvested from a unique vineyard in the Western Cape wine region. After fermentation, the wine matured for 22 months in new and old oak barrels. Aromas of ripe red fruit, tobacco and vanilla, with a full body, noticeable tannins, balanced acidity and a long, fruity finish.
