Gilad Nahal Yabok Chardonnay

A fresh, dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes selectively hand-harvested from a select vineyard in the Kedesh Valley. The grapes underwent cold fermentation in tanks to preserve their natural flavors and aromas, followed by aging in a new oak barrel for 6 months. The winery itself sits among rock and mud cliffs overlooking the slopes of the Gilad Mountains, expressing a family vision and a deep passion for the land and for winemaking.
