Teperberg Essence Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This wine grew in select mountain vineyards in the northern Golan Heights and the Ephraim Mountains. The synergistic contribution of these vineyards’ grapes created a complete, deep, harmonious wine typical of the variety. After 18 months of maturation in oak barrels, the result is a wine with a full, deep color and a concentrated, pronounced structure. A firm presence of black fruit, a touch of spice, aromas of toasted wood, tobacco and earthiness. Full-bodied with supporting acidity, balanced characteristics and a long taste.
